Exercise and Fitness is two word closed together. What is the cardiovascular system?
The cardiovascular system, also in known as the circulatory system. This system system is combined by the heart, the blood, and the blood vessels. This system is responsible for transporting blood and oxygen in whole body.
Some externals factors such as the Diet and physical activity level may influence this system on the body. Several researchers have been shown that high level of fat in food and low level of exercise may decrease health of cardiovascular system. Some risk factors as well as the homocystein and high density Lipoprotein profile are cause of the cardiovascular disease.
Increase the physical activity and prevent of the sedentary livening may improve this system. We are going to publish the exercise program to improve your cardiovascular fitness.
